Life can be hard, and with so many challenges, you may find yourself feeling alone or unsure of what to do next. It’s okay to feel that way — we all need support at times.
I offer support to adolescents (14+), young adults, and adults who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected, whether due to trauma, anxiety, depression, major life changes, or ongoing stress. I aim to provide a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can make sense of your experiences, understand your emotional responses, and develop skills that are useful in everyday life. Common goals often include improving emotional regulation, self-awareness, communication skills, resilience, stress management, and overall well-being.
I approach therapy from a trauma-informed and collaborative perspective, drawing on evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioural therapy, person-centered therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, mindfulness-based approaches, and attachment-based therapy. I integrate elements from different modalities to best meet your individual needs and work with you at a pace that feels right.

Many of my clients are navigating trauma, grief, relationship stress, identity shifts, or the impact of late-diagnosed ADHD, and are looking for support that feels both grounded and compassionate.
